ray dialer connection problem - dialer hangs at 'connecting' screen

Hi All,

I brought a Xperia Ray this month, since then am in love wid the phone.

But i am experiencing a call connection issue some times.

Sometimes when i try to make a new call, the phones dialer screen remains stuck at the 'connecting' screen, and i cannot disconnect the call nor can i make another call attempt. i've to wait for some 4-5min till this dialer ends.

Has anyone of you experienced the same problem?

any idea what would be the solution...

repair your software and see if it helps

Update/Repair your phone via PCC OR SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)

SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

it would delete all phone data so backup
