Hello, it's so regretful to say that my mini pro's touch as well as heating problems still persist after the software repair via PCC, even after some reboots. In day time the condition goes much worse. It gets heated abnormally and half of the touch doesn't respond. But at night or in Air conditioned room it runs alright. What's the mystery behind it? I'm using it in Bangladesh where no sony mobile care is available. I bought it from Sony showroom in the USA. The device has crossed ony 3 weeks and I could agree if the problem occured at least after 2 months. Is there any possible solution for me? Please let me konw ASAP. Thanks in Advance.

Better you could provide me with the link. Another thing, how does it work? I mean, What job does it perform?

Thanks for your suggestion.:smileyhappy: I think you missed my information about the service center. There is no authorized sony ericsson service center in Bangladesh. It was in past but left away 2/3 years ago. At this moment I'm helpless with that:smileysad: ( I would like to recommend Sony to come again in BD as all the other mobile companies(Nokia,Samsung etc) do their business here. You know the country is small but the most densely populated. Thus all the mobile companies do great business here as it's a great market. )

Message was edited by: Rupakwahid

No SE support there ? That's bad

Check the link. I think there is some info how to correct this problem but involves rooting the phone.

If there is no service there, this could be the only solution to your problem.I know that this problem is annoying because I also has this issue a couple of months ago. 34 degree is so low. The phone will reach this temperature very fast.

Good luck.
