Media Go problems

Hi,

I have been using Media Go to transfer my files to my Xperia Arc S phone. Today when I tried to open the application on my computer it came up wit the following error code 0x80070057 and would not open. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the application to no avail and I wondered if anyone had any solutions to this problem ( I am using Windows 7 64 bit OS). Thanks.

Thanks I have tried these solutions but Media Go still won't open.

there must be still some registry keys left when you first uninstall the media go, how about when you open media go from pc companion?

Media go will not open from pc companion either. Maybe a system restore will help?

Finally solved the problem by deleting the media library. The programme now opens, and all my music and pictures have been restored. Must have been a corrupted file somewhere. Thanks for all your help.

Hi when you say you deleted your media what exactly do you mean? I have an xperia z and an Asus Windows 7 which I can no longer get media go to open. it keeps telling me that it wasn't closed properly. I've uninstalled and reinstalled umpteen times with no luck Any advice would be much appreciated.
