The main use for this function is much like safe mode on a PC allowing you boot up the device if there is an application causing the problem and then removing it before booting back into regular mode.

What are your thoughts about this forum? Let us know by doing this short survey.

Hi florenzgonzales,

The only thing that I have notice is that when you boot your xpeira p in safemode all the apps that you have install (other than the default apps that comes with the firmware) are disable. So if you have any problem in your xpera p then you can easily identify where the problem is due to a install app or not by booting the xperia p in safemode. Otherwise you need to uninstall all the apps that you have install. This is very time consuming.

If any one finds more valuable help when booting in safemode plz shire with us.
