      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did a research into the matter and&amp;nbsp;found some information on this subject. Qosmgr its Linux program to manage CPU&amp;nbsp;governor. By default Sony choose 'on demand' governor for its Linux kernel in Android.&amp;nbsp;The qosmgr program takes as a parameter an xml file with the configuration of governor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;PRE&gt;root@XperiaJ:/ # qosmgr --help
qosmgr XMLFile [--help][--debug][--no_android_log]&lt;/PRE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;That xml file is in&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;/system/etc/qosmgr_rules.xml.
