Photo app file numbering settings?

Hello.

Quick question: can i configure the photo app to keep the photo's filename numbering forever instead or resetting back to "DSC_0001" every time i empty the folder?

there isn't a setting but I found a way around it

lets say that you took DSC001 to DSC090 > trasnfer all the pictures to your PC but leave DSC090 on your phone > this way the next picture will be DSC091 and not DSC001
