So I got my phone for Christmas and it was fine for a while, but then maybe 2 months ago it started... glitching out. If I try to text, the menu repeatedly opens and closes, making it impossible to actually type anything. And if I try to open anything else (camera, settings, apps, etc) they close either immediately or within a few seconds. Even the "shut down" menu closes, so I have to take the battery out to turn the phone off. I have no way of getting to a shop at the moment, and am really in need of help with this?

let us know how it goes, if neither PCC nor SUS work, then most likely its a hardware issue
