Sometimes I faced a problem that is network problem. That is unavailable of network. And when I get incoming sometimes call denied.

That could be a connectivity issue caused by an app (taskillers, antivirus, task managers)

it could be a poor network coverage

it could be a faulty SIM card, just get a brand new SIM card

it could be a bug, repair your phone with SUS or PCC

first try this

1) repair your phone with SUS or PCC

2) if that doesn't work then get a brand new SIM card
