topic cannot install apps in Other/General

cannot install apps

i cannot install apps in my xperia U.my phone doesnt respond when i click on INSTALL but responds when I click on CANCEL . but i can install the APPS through wifi by downloading them and didnt got an error.i dont know how to fix it .i have tried many file m anagers.I gave a screenshot.please i need help.

Do you get an error when you download apps from the play store using your network connection/data plan?

Go to settings-security and check the install from unknown sources.

it may b due to 'screen filter' app..just uninstall it n try installing apps
