Xperia SP is dead

Hi,

I turned my phone off and now I doesn't get on again. It just appears the SONY logo. I've pressed the off boton at the back but it just gets crashed with the SONY logo. Any help?

for future reference use the search bar before creating a new thread, most likely there are other threads on the same topic with answers/solutions and/or suggestions.

connect your phone to a wall charger > let it charge until the LED notification is green > repair your phone with SUS or PCC

this problem occur when you try to update your phone and somehow your computer crash, or the phone its unplugged before its supposed to

Thank you for all the info. But my computer doesn't recognize my phone when connected with the USB cable. At the end I've send it to the Sony repair center. I'll let you know when it gets back

Today I've got my mobile back.They have changed the mother board. The mobile is just 2 months old!!!! Hope it won't happen again

My mobile is less than 2 months old. Same problem with my Xperia SP. It just won't power on.

It has been charging since last 1 hour and won't power up.

Last night I used my Xperia as wi-fi hotspot. Today morning it just won't power on.

My Xperia SP phone is also dead. Dont know what the problem . All of sudden it switched off and not switching on again. Charging for the past one hour. Any Help would be greatly appreciated. It is just 15 days Old Phone

would advice you to go for a replacement device as it sounds your device might be faulty

same problem as mine..

got motherboard replace just after 2 month of usage..

the problem arise when i plugged the charger to the phone itself..

then the cable got hot, and the phone is dead..

turn on - failed

charge - led light doesn't light up

tried the back power button - failed

My phone has been playing up too!

Last night my phone was on Airplane mode and the battery was showing roughly around 35% charge. I woke up this morning, after switching off my alarm and it was down to 1%. Quickly looked to see what apps were running in the background - nothing out of the ordinary, so switched the phone off to reboot. My phone wouldn't switch itself back on, so thought, maybe the battery hadn't enough charge. Plugged it in, no orange LED to signify it was charging??? Left it on charge for 15 mins, tried re-starting it, still the phone wouldn't switch on. Plugged it in to another charger, left it for a while, came back, still nothing!

Think my phone needs looking at.
