Lost ringtones

Hi, I have a Sony Xperia Miro. I've lost all my ringtones. I think this is because I cleared all music & pictures from the internal memory. Now my phone won't ring & neither will the alarm clock. When I try to assign tones Sound Picker just doesn't respond. When I look in the memory area there are no tones shown. How do I get them back? If I can't get them back how do I get new ones?

I'm not an experience smartphone user. Please help.
