screen and LED light dont turn off in calls(xperia Sp)

Hi,

i have a problem that , in the past when i call somebody and near the phone from my face the screen and LED light disappear have a problem that , in the past when i call somebody and near the phone from my face the screen and LED light turn off,

But now that not happen the screen and LED light dont turn off in calls.

plz help me.

there might be something covering the proximity sensor or an app acting up, repair your phone with SUS or PCC

in fact , i bought a new protector screen but i cut the part which cover sensor and Microphone and when i see proximity sensor in testing services i found it OFF

i check PPC now and i will reply

Are you certain that you are not covering the sensor (its next to the ear speaker)

Proximity Sensor Detects Proximity at a maximum point of 2 Cm (approx) as mentioned by uliwooly are you sure the sensors are not covered by the screen protector ?

Check the picture below..

Those two black point beside the ear piece are the proximity sensors...
