Hello
For several months I have constantly appears a small window on top of any application. in the box there is no text, only the button ok.
Sometimes there is more than one. So far, so you will not close, nothing can be done.
I'm not sure, but I think this window has started to appear after the last firmware update.
He did a full system recovery, and the first thing I saw on the screen - it's a window.

Hi, have your tried repairing phone software with PC Companion or Update Service? It could be a software glitch.

Be aware that this process will erase phone data completely, backup if necessary.

Suggest rebooting phone in safe mode, check if you are having the same problem. It could be caused by an app you have installed.

The window no longer appears. But now sometimes does not work the Volume Up button, volume down button has never failed. Restarting the phone fixes everything.
What could it be?

Try repairing software again. If unsuccessful, send phone to your local Service Centre to have it checked, it could be a hardware issue.
