Home screen problem, Xperia TL

We have 2 TL's The default homescreen has 5 small circles toward the bottom. You can left or right swipe to access apps, etc on the other 5 homescreens, the circles indicate which one you are on. One of our phones has lost this function, the circles are gone, no left or right swipe at homescreen. I have tried settings reset, no luck. How can we restore this function? Thanks, satwilson

I suggest that you clear data for Xperia Home. Go to settings > apps > all > Xperia Home > clear data.

Restart your phone.

Then you should have all the five homescreens back again.
