i can't receive call from anyone. so whoever wants to reach me, gets the 'user busy' message. of course, i'm not busy at that moment and there's no network problem because i can call that person right back.</P><P>phone is bought as free device and no upgrades of any kind were made on it.</P><P>can you please help/point me what i could do -
