xperia SL upgrading to jelly bean problem

while updating process using Sony PC Companion at step 3 (update) it takes so long time and the loading bar dosen't move from about 1 hour till now, so kindly recommend what should I do ??

Try using SEUS or SUS found here

Once installed select your phone and follow the onscreen instructions

Stop the PCC and use SUS.
