Walkman not working

Hi,

There some problem with walkman.

whenever I open it a error msg populates " Unfortunately, Download music info has stopped."

So I am using google play for music.

Any suggestions.

Settings > apps > all > walkman > clear cache > restart your phone > check again

I have already done that clear cache/data option but still its not working.

Do you have any taskiller or antivirus? have you disable any app?

No I dont have any app of this type.

I dont think I have disabled any app. if you can tell me any specific app.

You should have an application which is called "Download music info" try to clear data for this one.

Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Download music info > Clear data.

there is no data available to clear.

Unfortunately it sounds like that you need to repair the software on your device via Update Service:
