my phone is not starting completely only it shows sony logo and then again shuts downd and this process is repeated continuously what should i do

Hi, try repairing phone software with PC Companion or Update Service. This process will erase phone data completely.

I AM SAYING THAT I DELETED MY COMPLETE INTERNAL STORAGE THATS WHY IT TURNED OFF AND IS NOT STARTING AND EVEN NOT CONNECTING TO FLASHMODE

Try using Update Service to repair phone software on another PC.

Suggest that you check xda developers website since the official softwares are not able to resolve your issue (AND also your phone is rooted).
