Would you be so kind and double check which phone model that you have, since we do not have any model called LT68i. You can see which phone model you have in Settings > About phone.

I would also appreciate if you could elaborate a bit on what kind of lock you are asking about. Is it SIM network lock? If that is the case you will need to contact your service provider (operator) and receive a code from them to unlock the SIM network in your phone.

Thanks, the product is Sony Xperia LT28i and it's hardlock, the SIM network pin has been entered more than the require times
