When you send a issue to support how long should it take for them to contact you because I sent a issue to them 3 days ago no reply

How Sony can call themselves a quality brand is beyond me I've had poor customer service from other companies but Sony as taken it to another level infact I'm wondering if the support department doesn't actually exist I think they've all gone to the sales department you contact them and they can't pickup the phone quick enough

Hi dieselakita,

From what I know it's quite the opposite as Sony's customer service focuses on after sale support rather than sales. If you let us know what the issue is, maybe we can help.

Win_88
