    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently using the Sony Ericsson W995.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I keep putting music and photo and other stuff on my phone.&amp;nbsp; They work fine for a while.&amp;nbsp; Then some time later, the memory card has lost all it's data.&amp;nbsp; Other times, when I am listening to my music, it will automatically stop playing and come up Media File Not Found, when I haven't deleted the track form my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do to solve this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
