Hello.

I've been using the default mail client installed on my Xperia X10i to access my yahoo account.

Using a client to access your emails is far better that launching a web browser to access the emails.

If i remember corectly, you should have a little wizard that helps you through the process of setting up your mail account.

The inbuilt email application doesn't give really that much to customise (ie mail rules etc) but still is better that popping on to the internet and access your emails.

What i do know is that when we have Android OS 2.1 for the SE Xperia ... should be able to use a Yahoo application/agent to obtain the emails instead of relying on the native email application. Sooner or later there may be one for Hotmail users.

Hope this helps
