I can't connect no more my liveview to my PC, I have a message saying "device is not recognized" when I plug it. Tried on 2 different PC.

It's only three month old. So I can't make the update/repair with update service or PCC. I searched all the site without results, drivers for mobiles are avilable but not for accessories. Tried to reset Liveview with pushing power for 15 second but didn't work. I need to reflash it in PCC/SUS.

Where can I find the Liveview MN800 drivers ?

Please Sony help me.

The drivers needed to update LiveView are included in Update Service. Try reinstalling Update Service in your PC from http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/

If reinstalling Update Service doesn't help i recommend that you contact your dealer to have your LiveView sent to service.
