xperia go - camera problem after JB update

Hi
recently I updated my sony go to JB and then my camera got some problem like when i launched camera quick launch mode sometimes it says camera unavailable

can you give me some help as soon as possible (ASAP)..because im worried that it will affect my phone camera

If this has happened since updating your handset I would advise running a repair via PC Companion to reload the firmware as there may have been a problem loading the files during the last update:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
4.     Click repair phone.
5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

please help me now i got new problem with my sony go..now when i open album there were no picture at all although using widget i can see my picture...please help me sam...my sony go only got worsen day by day

For the album issue please try this:

Main Menu > Settings > App > All > Album > Clear Data.

Whilst the album issue is likely software related, if you still have original issue after having run an update I would have to advise that you return the phone so that it may be assessed by an authorised agent.

dear sam...before i return the phone to the sony service centre my phone became worsen its condition because its started to restart all the time...when i send my phone to the service centre and it took nearly 2 month for the service centre to fix my phone...but when i got back my phone its condition were magically worsen...now i cant even listen to walkman even for 5 minutes because the phone will get restarted everytime....now i get it that sony item is a poor item and i am very dissapointed in sony...and i will never bought any sony item anymore.
