Hi,
i m facing the problem in my xperia SP. my photo analyser service is not working as i start tagging it shows an eror showing unfortunately photo analyser service has stopped.

how to fix this?

I'm also faced the same problem after I update to 4.3

Hi there,

Try the following:

Settings > Apps > All > Photo Analizer Service > Clear data/cache > Force stop + restart the phone and then try again.
