    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try taking out the battery, SIM card and memory card, wipe any dust off, then put everything back together, switch it back on and try again.Let me know what happens. Just remember that the software on the W595 takes a few minutes to sort itself out after switching back on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
