Hello,

1. How can I downgrade the firmware version _without_ unlocking the device?
2. Does it break the warranty if I unlock my phone only to downgrade the firmware?
3. How can I relock the device once it is unlocked? Does Emma have this feature?

Thank you

If you unlock the booltoader you will void your warranty and there are more repercussions, your camera no longer work, you will lose your DRM keys and they can't be restored.

"Why do you want to downgrade your phone?"
To compare camera performance.

I'm looking for the safest and "officialest" way to downgrade firmware without using warranty and unlocking phone (cause, as far as I understand, it will disable the camera, which I need).

There isn't a way unless you take it to a Sony repair center, they might be able to help you, I don't think its worth it, but the latest update did enhance the camera

Why to downgrade? Because overheats, the bluetooth signal is cut off, because it takes more than it gives. So I want to go back to 4.2, at least until 4.4 "kitkat" comes.
