3G issues.Service Provider Idea

Hello All,

I am facing issue on 3G network provided by Idea. The default mobile network is WCDMA(preffred)/GSM. For these setting the network is very intermittent. I change the network to GSM only, but in that case the internet goes off.And when i revert to WCDMA(preffred)/GSM mopbile network it works but again intermittently. Is this some kind of issue.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

First of all I suggest that you check your APN settings in the phone. Go to settings > more > mobile network > access point name. Check that the APN settings is correct. I suggest that you try to remove the proxy and port data from the APN settings. Restart the phone and try again.

If you still experience the same behavior I suggest that you talk to your service provider or try with another SIM card.
