      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have once used my brothers' head phones (not hands free) of sony made, after that my phone seems to be in the mood of that head phones without plugged in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No sound. while playing music, or playing radio or any other thing except ringtone while incoming call.. Although loud speaker is useable when in a call mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly help me out of this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have upgraded my phone to andoid ICS, although my phone got slow but it was worrking.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I suggest that you to run your phone in safe mode for a while to check if you still experience this. If not this may be caused by any downloaded application.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008#U348008" target="_blank"&gt;How to boot into safe mode?&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If not caused by any download application, I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using &lt;A href="http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;Update Service.&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Before reinstalling your device you may want to backup your information first. Check out this topic for more information on how to.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/Backup-amp-Transfer/m-p/407253#U407253" target="_blank"&gt;How to backup?&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the issue should still remain I think that this needs to be examined and fixed at a repair center.
