Loudspeaker doesnt work (in a call)

Hello!

When someone is calling me, i can hear him and he can hear me. But when i want to speak over the loudspeaker, it doesnt work 😕

I can click on the button and it is getting marked, but i cant hear him - Only, when i am holding my phone next to my ear.

I have read that some people have the same problem, while their phone is in "mute modus" or "playing music", but this is not in my case.

I have bought it 5 months ago and it has got still the warranty. But i dont want to send it again back, because few weeks ago my voice was too quiet for the caller during a call - he could not almost hear me. That problem was solved, but now i got this one - the loudspeaker does not work during a call.

But when i am playing music (PlayerPro) over the Loudspeaker or playing any game, it works and everything is okay.

Any ideas?

What shall i do?

Please try this as a first step:

Main Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Phone > Clear Data.

Hello Sam!

unfortunately, i couldnt find any App, that is called "Phone" 😕

I have also looked for some german translations like "Telefon", but there was nothing like that.

Does it have a special icon?

How big (kbyte) is the app?

You should be able to find it,settings-apps-all.Scroll down to app.

Sorry, if you are on an earlier version it may be called "Dialler".
