I have inserted a 32 gb micro card in and its a waste of time as the phone wont even recognise it . I have always used Samsungs and had no problems . How do you move apps ? How do you store photo's on a sd card ? It is not user friendly .

you can't. every picture taken and every file downloaded will use your internal memory. so basically for every picture you take and every file you download you will have to reserve space by not installing too many apps. especially games, which often require a lot of space, are better not installed on the phone...which is funny, because Sony gave us a rather capable GPU with the phone.

You can set the camera to use the SD card for storage instead of the internal storage if you start the camera, tap the settings icon and select "Data storage".
You can also move existing files like music, pictures and videos to the SD card from Settings -> Storage -> Transfer data to SD card. You can however not move or install apps to the SD card.

Sony please give us a more reasonable answer. We need a software update for this.Every developers of other corporations are going to release a tweak.Or we need to root and void our warranty. But thats good for you, right?
