Cannot remove pics from internal memory?

Hope someone can help me with this cos it's really annoying me! I know about the problems with internal memory meaning you can't transfer apps to a SD card, mine is a slightly different problem. I set my camera up so pictures automatically saved to the SD card but every time I take a photo it seems to save a small amount of memory to my phone-when I view my 'storage' settings it currently says there's 104MB of photos on there (This amount keeps increasing every time I take a picture). I have even removed all of my photos by putting them onto my laptop-so there is not a single photo left on my phone-and this amount is still showing. Even if I take a picture and then delete it, the amount remains the same.

Does anyone know what on earth this is and how I can get rid of it? It's eating up a large portion of my memory and I don't have much to spare =(

I'll assume this is the thumb images or thumbnail images which are the photo's you've taken but very small and would be what you'd see if viewing via the widget or via the album viewer app - so on your phone you should have a folder in DCIM called thumbnail but if you don't see it then the folder name will start with dot which makes it hidden so you could use an app like Astro and open the folder DCIM then via your options open View and tick the box to show hidden folder or Files and then they will appear

Me too having the same issue... For me its almost 200+ MB. Ya its true Its all thumbnails and I deleted completely with PC. Again after a day or two I didn't even took a photo and Its started eating my memory. Close to 150 MB in two days. How to stop this? Any command or something to NOT store thumbs on internal memory?

Also I tried installing Asphalt 8 and unable to complete.

Any XM users successfully installed?
