      <description>Hi all.i have a question.my Xperia E mobile phone keeps telling me that I am low on storage.so I keep clearing my data on my apps in order to clear the notification,but then the phone automatically updates the apps,clogging up my data again and the notification comes back.as a result,my phone gets real slow,and freezes,and I wanuo fling it against the wall.what can I do to prevent the updating or how do I get maxium storage as my phone is simple enough.i dont have many photos or contacts on it.or is it just the case that the phone is crap.please help?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>You can also get a good file manager app,I use X-plore but there's a lot of other equally good ones for free.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Shift photos,videos,pics,songs,documents onto your ext card.That's essential housekeeping.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I take a lot of photos and use the flickr app a lot and have to empty both flickrcache and thumbnail file in the DCIM folder,within a week there can be over700mb of crap btwn them.</description>
