Having a problem with display settings in the last few days - my wallpaper and locked screen images keep changing back to Sony images although I've gone in and selected my own photos to display. There are additional shortcut widgets on the homescreen which I didn't put there, and the time even changed at one stage (when I looked into it default date and time zone was unticked). I'm not making any of these changes. And it always seems to happen overnight, or in the morning after I turn off my alarm?? Anyone any ideas, or experience the same?

On another note my external speaker only works about 1% of the time, it used to drop in and out a lot but now rarely works!

I'm on the latest software. Both this and my last sony xperia mini pro, just seem to be riddled with bugs!! HELP!!!

I've updated some apps recently but nothing that I see should interfere with my display settings. And I do use the phone battery saver option, but I've been using that for quite some time. The more I think about the display problem the more I think it's related to my clock/alarm settings somehow. The changes don't occur during the day as I'm using the phone, but usually after I've turned off the alarm in the morning. Bizarre! And why all of a sudden?

Very strange,I cannot say for sure. There could be an app acting up.Could you look in the battery drain list to see if there is the android os or the screen?

Is it possible my phone has been hacked? This morning when I opened the phone it opened on a facebook message to a friend, that I didn't type and wasn't sent? Another friend sent me through 6 gmail messages all sent at the same time this morning. Each of the gmail messages and the FB message contain all the same letters being used repeatedly, with the odd real word here and there.

If I have been hacked, what should I do?

I do not think you were hacked, but for your safety, just reinstall software with sony update service, clearing all internal data.

Ok to update my situation - new infromation. Last week I backed up and reset the phone to factory settings. Restored contacts from my google account, but didn't restore anything else (no messages, call log, apps etc). I also reset google password just in case. My internal storage with pictures and movies remain as was. So pretty much a clean slate. I've since added some apps - Whatsapp, Tunein (internet radio), Quickpic, AVG, root checker! Everything was fine until yesterday morning - wallpaper settings changed again, phone was in my pocket and the camera started up and took pictures (the phone had been locked). Then last night I was trying to restore wallpapers and the album crashed on me. Eventually managed this, and this morning one of the wallpapers had disappeared again. Also my google account sync options had all been switched on, which I always leave switched off.

I'm getting so frustrated at this stage, I'm ready to dump this phone! What the **bleep** is going on!!!
