uploading documents

I'm having issues uploading my documents, specifically my c.v. To websites. Neither drive nor office suite will let me do so. Is this a known issue, or is it a bug? And how can I fix it?

Already tried before posting. I've tried turning it off and on again too.

Do you have any taskiller and/or antivirus that might be blocking this? have you disabled background data on any of the apps?

I've checked, no this is not the case uliwooly. It's driving me nuts to be honest. If I upload something the filename will appear for a split second before disappearing again. I'm at a loss.

Have you checked if your file was uploaded to the site? Sometimes I post something but does not continue, then when I check the site, it's already posted there. Or sometimes I am asked to log in to a particular site to post something.

The site said there was no file and I was therefore unable to continue. I was logged in. I checked multiple sites, same problem
