Z1 analog audio output **bleep** (noise in background from CPU or WIFI) ,it is a big letdown for me (I'm using MDR-Ex1000) , I hear high frequency artifacting, and smile from my face is washed out when listening music through this "Flagship in every aspect" device.

All audio is resampled, most music is in 44KHz format, not 48KHz - Qualcomm chip is capable of 192KHz output, so at least do what LG did to save your face Sony.

Hi I have a Z1 and I use it as a music source using the poweramp app to play flac files

Firstly the output on mhl is always 16bit 48KHz rather then the the file bit rate, is there a way to stop the phone resampling or at least resample everything to 24bit 96khz? Which is what the majority of my music is

Also using mhl into a denon AVR-2309 a have audio until I turn the TV on which is a Samsung LE40F86BDX/XEU so if I want to listen to music I can through mhl but if I want to watch something the picture goes through mhl but the sound has to go through the 3.5mm headphone socket
