I am using xperia M from last 3 months.I see full signal from the carrier (Airtel/Vodafone etc), but I don't receive any incoming calls, nor I can make any outgoing calls. Others who try to call me get the message that it's either switched off or unreachable. And when I try to make an outgoing call, it just keeps on going forever without actually getting connected.

Have been using the phone for about 2 weeks now and almost everyday I've to reboot my phone to avoid it going into the above issue. If I don't reboot, automatically it goes into that dormant mode without my knowledge and no one is able to call me up unless I realize that myself.

Has anyone else seen this kind of behavior? Is this already a known bug with this model? Any help, please advice.

Thanks, Sneha

Namaste Sneha,

Have you tried repairing or resetting phone once, if there is a software or settings glitch, it will be solved by this otherwise you have to take it to Sony Repair Centre.
