I am not able to transfer the files via bluetooth on my Xperia U

Showin Bluetooth Peripheral device - No Driver Found

Could you please elaborate a bit?

Are you trying to send files to your PC or from your PC?

In both options.

i am not able to transfer from PC to Phone and Phone to PC.

Instead of pairing the device with each other you should go to the file you want to transfer directly in the phone. If you like to send a picture to the PC, open the album app in the phone > select a picture > share button > Bluetooth > select your PC in the list.

And to the same when you wan to transfer from PC to the phone.

Just make sure that your PC is set to be able to receive files over Bluetooth.
