Hi. So sometimes when I place my phone on the table, or drop something like a pencil on it, it just dies. Then when I turn it back on, it's fine. It has been doing this for moths now, does anyone know the problem? Thanks

That's odd, check the SIM card, do you have a micro SIM card or did you trimmed your SIM card?

Hi,
I had a similar problem with mine. Tried everything, sent it to my service providers repair center three times. They then referred me to Sony who had it at their repair center a further two times and still it wasn't fixed. I got fed up and am expecting a delivery of a replacement handset (not Sony) tomorrow. I don't want to dash your hopes but I do feel something needs to be done about the issues with the Xperia J.

Wilbso, one post at a time,do not spam the forum. You have the edit reply option.

You can try to remove it and carefully put it back.If still having issues, you need either a new SIM or you have to take the phone into service.
