Hi there,

Try to repair your phone using Sony Update Service, make sure that the battery at least charged 70% before you start, as well as that you have a stable internet connection during the repair process.

Sony Update Service

Hello,

My Xperia J was fine until about a week ago, when the touchscreen decided it didn't want to work anymore. After talking on the Live Chat with someone, I was told to try and repair my phone using the PC Companion, so I did that. Annoyingly, the internet cut off midway through the update, meaning it was interrupted. The phone turned on fine then, but the touchscreen still didn't work.

Currently, when I hold the power on button, the light blinks green, the power on vibrate occurs, but it's not turning on.

Any idea how to fix either of these issues? Will provide information if needed.
