problems after Xperia SP 4.3 update

The update to 4.3 was very good but there were some problems...

1) volume control doesn't appear... If I use the downloaded themes..

2) while using the original themes..if I change from the air theme to the sunny theme.... Only the wallpaper and lockscreen change... But the THEME REMAINS that of THE AIR THEME...

3) the phone sometimes FORCE SHUTDOWN all by itself... EVEN IF there are no problems...

After 4.3 update:

- i can move or scroll anything only with two fingers. I need to do it with one.

- my every movement (what i open, button i press, reads all english words or signes on hte page) is commented by voice. How to switch it off?

- too slow in choosing lines of menues or anything. Also needs double click to open anything, How to solve?

- can't turn russian keyboard on. I need double ru\eng.

MUSIC BEAT LIGHT EFFECT NOT WORKING.
After the yesterday 4.3 update, i figure out that when i tried to play music in walkman, the led pulse effect is kindda over recognize the music volume... sort of.. because when reached 50% of volume the pulse effect just stooped.

i remember when i still using 4.1 the effect is just fine, when i playing music through speaker the pulse respond to the treble(vocal) sound and when we try to plug headset the pulse effect respond to the bass sound, but in the 4.3 update both music pulse in speaker is just the same, which is stopped at 50% of the music volume.

Well i hope Sony could cope this problem/bug in the next update immidietly

You must have activated 'TALK BACK' service.
Switch it off.
Go to settings -> Accessibility -> Talk Back

You activated talk back and some other accessibility options...first turn off talk back..keep in mind that if talk back is on you must tap on any thing two time..then turn off other accessibilitys

And for keyboard goto setting>language and input>then tap Xperia keyboard then select input language choose Russian and English

@ alexdon Reinstalling using Sony update service doesn't help... The problem remains... It maybe a bug problem..

before you try to repair via sus you have to backup firly via pc companion ,then facyory reset your device once restarted , switch off then connect to sus (sony update service)to repair your device .
