Headset not working after update

Hi,

Yesterday I installed the latest update on my Xperia LT25I (Android 4.3). After the installation, the device does not detect my headset (AKG version K451).

I've been using this headset on the device without problems for the past year, and it's extremely frustrating that the update have caused this problem. There is no reaction when I plug the headset in the jack plug.

Please advice.

Try settings-apps-all-smart connect,clear data.Try again.

Thanks for your advice, Alexdon, but unfortunately it didn't make any difference.

I think you should reinstall latest software,using sony update service:

Same problem here on my Xperia Lt25i (Xperia V). I was previously on android 4.1.2 and after updating it to android 4.3 my SOL Republic Master Tracks (Headphone) + Amps HD (Earphone) aren't working anymore!! I bougt this model specifically because of the fact that it has a CTIA 3.5 mm jack (unlike older SONY phones back then) which works with alot of apple certified headphones/cables. PLEASE HELP

Which phone should i select because i don't see Xperia V between the phones in the Update Service choose your product menu!

Run SUS in compatibility mode with windows 7.

I know,that is why you need to run SUS in compatibility mode with W7.

Right click on SUS-properties-compatibility tab-tick the case and select W7.
