So... I've got a Sony Xperia U since a so long time (2 years) and i've got windows 7. When i open PC compagnion for transfer phone's data to the computer, pc compagnion refused to function properly.

For the save, there is three step:

1-Data selected

2-Preparation (over 10 minutes in my computer)

and...

3-THE Save. When the save start, there is no problems. But at a moment, the save blocked. And 30 minutes later, PC compagnion say: "error system. Try to restart your mobile phone"

It's not understandable about Sony. I have already try to uninstall media go and pc compagnion, but nothings change. Please help me if somebody have a solution. (sorry for spelling mistake)

Ewen

You don't need PCC to transfer data, just connect your phone to your computer

Computer > Xperia U > Internal storage/sd card > look for the folder > copy paste
