Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Which model do you have and how much battery did you have when you woke up? One thing that you can do is to check the battery usage via Settings > Power management > Battery.

You can also take a look at the following FAQ-topic to see if you can find any tips:
/t5/FAQ/Battery-time-and-enhancement-features/m-p/347874

Okay, I think you should take a look at the link in my previous post to see if you can find any tips. One other thing, do you have an older SIM-card? If yes, you might want to contact your operator to order a new SIM since an older SIM-card can cause a bad reception or similar which will lower the battery usage.

I do all off the tips and it is not related to sim, because i've never changed my sim card. I think charging 3 or 4 times a day must be Sony's bad technology and can not be fixed via software or any other tips.

If you have never changed SIM-card, it can of course be related to the SIM-card. If you have checked the battery usage but cannot find something abnormal, I suggest that you perform a software repair via PC Companion:

http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/pc-companion/

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.

Otherwise, you would do best by visiting nearest service center to have your phone examined by a technician. You can contact your local support team for further information about how to proceed with this in the best possible way:
http://support.sonymobile.com/global-en/contactUs/
