These two have persisted for several firmware updates.

I am currently on 23.0.1.A.0.167.

The album app flickr part, says "Could not authenticate"

The messaging app, when I choose to respond with a phonecall (upper right corner button), offers Phone and Viber for example. When I choose phone and select "Always", the selection will not be remembered.
