My SW2 would not boot past the image of the SW2 connecting to the smart phone, I tried everything,&nbsp;and the only thing that worked for me was to un-pair the Bluetooth connection to the SW2 on my smart phone and then re-connect. That seemed to fix the boot loop issue and the SW2 is now working correctly.
