    <description>&lt;P&gt;OK... i got home wed and put my phone on charge and got the "new update" noticifcation so i through my phone started it off and left my phone on my desk to update... once it was updated i went to unlocxk the screen and found this.....&lt;IMG alt="10403400_10154888430875038_2768852860050726984_n.jpg" title="10403400_10154888430875038_2768852860050726984_n.jpg" border="0" src="https://community.sony.co.uk/legacyfs/online/20684i52A41037901C4D08/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that wasnt there before... now i hadnt left my desk where my phone was whilst starting the update and im very sure that wasnt there before i did the update cos i could use my screen to do it via the phone and now i cant use anything as the screen cos mental with any touch... now i thought i was going crazy.. but today my friend posted something about his Z1 kaputting when i ask he told me he had a hairline crack in the screen and it wasnt there before.... i uploaded the pic above and its the same pretty much as mine and he told me that Sony was on watchdogs earlier this year about this Phantom Cracking and they are REFUSING to admit it... well im well and truly pissed off and dont wanna have to fork out money i dont have ESP since the phone is 6mths old and cost a bomb itself on getting it fix when the problem wasnt my fault.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, sorry to hear about this but the only thing you can do is contact your local Xperia Care Centre &amp;amp; explain the situation, i would normally suggest contacting where you purchased the Z2 also but as the phone is 6 months old they may not manage to help....could be worth a try tho.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck&amp;nbsp;:smileysmileythumbsup:&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;cheers its ok found the number provided by watchdog to get it sorted.... it seems the problem is more common than i thought....&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;well in the 20mins of doing the update it was sat on my pc desk with me it never moved.... and yes i have 3 kids two were at school and the 2year old was watching numtums&lt;/P&gt;</description>
