Problems with music playback using Soundcloud

I want to report bugs concerning music playback:

If the "Sound" quick setting isn't on vibrate or mute, and music is playing back via Bluetooth, notifications typically cause the music to stop playing until the phone is unlocked and the music is paused and restarted. Sometimes the notification tone comes from the phone itself and sometimes it plays through the Bluetooth speaker.
Even when "Sound" is set to mute, the notification tone still plays over music playing through headphones.
I have set a SmartConnect action to start the Soundcloud App and play music when I plug in my headphones. However, the Soundcloud app does not open, and the play music action seems to be intercepted by the Walkman app instead.

Music playback is so much a part of Sony's brand that bugs like these do some serious damage to my loyalty to it.

notifications while playing music can't be turned off, as far as soundcloud that seems to be an app issue more than a Sony issue

So 'can't be turned off' = bug.

You ignored the Bluetooth sound dropout issue altogether.

And when you say 'seems to be an app issue', I have to ask: seems from what? You give no reason or evidence. Given Sony is both a phone manufacturer and a record label, it is anti-competitive to degrade performance of apps from competing music providers.

If a bug report here is just going to be dismissed by a 'Forum Legend' without reasons, what kind of support is that, exactly?
