smart call handling on second call issue

I opend the smart call. When I recive call put the phone ear and automaticly answers the call. This is okey.

But when I am on a call second call is coming and If I look the call "who is calling" then I dont want to answer want to continue the call but when you put the ear the phone phone automaticly opens the second call. Thats the problem.

How can I solve this ? witout closing smart call.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I'm afraid there's no way to avoid the 2:nd call being answered when you put the phone back to your ear. If you don't want to take the call you need to reject it before putting it back to your ear or turn off the smart call handling feature.

I used this feature before on other phones. This feature is off when on a call. Sony shoud change this.

I did forward this as feedback internally some time ago but i'm afraid the information i got was that there's currently no plans on changing how it works so i don't have any other solution for you.
