I have xperia SP c5303. My phone screen is locked on emergency call and showing warning alarm on top. No applications are being shown. Even I have restart my mobile.

Do you have any form of Antivirus software on the handset? As this could be a lock related to it.

I faced this problem after 3 to 4 hour of use. I have purchsed new one.

No antiwirus installed.

I used option of IMEI which i think ask me for sending option and send it. After that I put it off and when I turned it ON, it shows an emergency call screen and an alarm on upper task bar.

It seems the device has been locked, this would indicate that a PIN or password has been added to the device.

When you pull the notification bar down, what does it say beside the Yellow ! mark?

Notification Bar doesn't get down or up.

Only it get slide left/right but shows only camera option by doing so.

You don't have the PIN code?

You said your phone is new. Did you get the PIN with the SIM card?

I was already using SIM card in other mobile but issue is that PIN code option is not being shown on mobile.

But you attached the screen where you enter the pin. If you enter a wrong pin three times the sim locks and you need a puc code to unlock it. If you don't have it, contact your operator.

Without SIM card screen is also attached. Same locked screen shown without SIM card or with other SIM.

Try inputting 1234 or 12345. If you're phone is locked for entering wrong codes and asks for PUK code then contact your network service proivder from any other handset, they'll give you PUK code.

If you are unable to figure out what the PIN is then your only course of action would be a software repair, this would remove the code from the handset. I suggest following the information below to perform this task.

1. Download the PC Companion software from PC Companion and install it on your PC.

2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

3. Phone Software Update.

4. Start.

5. Repair Phone

6. Continue

7. Accept data removal

8. Next

9. Wait for prepare

10. Select Phone

11. Follow the connection steps
